How to Set up e-check (ACH)
E-Check (ACH) is a free, secure and easy way to pay directly from your bank checking account. The information below will show you how to set up e-Check in your CEEBJ online account after which you will always have the option to select e-Check whenever you make online purchases at CEEBJ.
You can follow the steps below yourself, or give the office a call at 414-228-7545, and we'll help you through it!

ADD E-CHECK TO YOUR ACCOUNT
1) In the main menu, under the For Members option, click My Account Summary.
2) In the My CEEBJ Financials section, click My Payment Methods.
3) In the My Payment Methods section, at the bottom, click Add New Payment Method. Below that, select the eCheck/ACH option by clicking the small arrow, then click Add Payment To This Gateway.
4) On the Add Payment Method screen, fill in your ABA Routing Number and Bank Account Number. Below that read the authorization statement and check the adjacent box. Below that, enter/verify your personal information; all fields must be filled in. Finally at bottom of the screen, click Save Payment Method.
On the My Payment Methods screen, you will see the new eCheck method has been added to your account. An example is shown below. Proceed to the next section where you will verify the eCheck method for your checking account.
VERIFY E-CHECK IN YOUR ACCOUNT
To verify the eCheck method for your checking account, micro deposits will be deposited and removed from your checking account. Usually, there will be two micro deposits each less than a dollar. The micro deposits typically take 1 to 3 days to be deposited and removed from your account. Follow the steps below to complete your eCheck verification process.
5) Review your bank checking account to see the micro deposit amounts. It may take up to 3 days for the amounts to appear. Once you see the deposit amounts, you can proceed to the remaining steps.
6) Proceed to the My Payment Methods screen, by following steps 1 and 2 above.
7) In the panel for your eCheck method, click Verify Micro Deposits.
8) In the Verifying Micro Deposits For eCheck section, enter the two amounts from your checking account statement, then click Verify. Be sure to supply the decimal points when entering the amounts.
That's all, you're done! Now you can use the eCheck payment method whenever you make an online purchase at CEEBJ. Note, the micro deposits will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account after 1 to 3 days.
