From Our President
It was so much fun to serve lunch at the first day of Religious School. I enjoyed seeing all of the kids and families come together, not only for lunch, but to sit around and get caught up with our friends that we haven’t seen since the end of May. My, how the kids have grown.
October brings the return of the Deli Dinner. We will continue this great Brotherhood event on October 25, and I am happy to say that the carvers are back! We heard your feedback, and the carvers will be back out in the front of the house…and we will lay down extra tarps to help contain the mess. If you have never attended, we welcome you to this popular and yummy event. Also, in the first week of November, we have our annual Lox Box sale. Not only does this provide you with a delicious treat, delivered to your door on the morning of November 5, but it also benefits a great cause, the Fefferman Camper Scholarship Fund. You have a choice of lox or turkey, and we even have gluten-free bagels available. So please buy one for yourself, or for a friend, and the Brotherhood will be happy to deliver this box of goodness. As always, we look forward to seeing you at our monthly Brotherhood meeting, the first Thursday of the month at 6 pm, for dinner and good discussion. Remember, this is open to all members of the Brotherhood, or those who are interested in learning more about the Brotherhood.
From me and my family, as well as the entire Brotherhood, we wish you all a very sweet and happy New Year!
