From Our President
This has been a busy time for the Brotherhood, as a number of annual events took place. Thanks so much for your attendance at the Deli Dinner. Yummy corned beef and good friends were once again on the menu. We also enjoyed seeing you at the annual Packers Tailgate Party. Nothing like wings, chili and football to bring a group together, regardless of the outcome of the game. Thanks to all of our volunteers who gave of their time to help make these events a success.
Also, thank you again for your support of the this year’s Lox Box. Additional thanks to the committee and volunteers who purchased the items, helped assemble the boxes and delivered them. Not only is this a tasty treat, but it benefits a great cause. The Fefferman Fund provides camp scholarships to all non-URJ camps, such as Camp Interlaken and Rainbow Day Camp… just to name a few. If these scholarships would help your child attend a Jewish summer camp, please submit your application to the Brotherhood. You can contact the Rabbi’s in the Lifelong Learning Office to receive an application, and turn it in by January 2.
We always look forward to seeing you at our monthly Brotherhood meeting, the first Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm, for dinner and good discussion. Remember, this is open to all members of the Brotherhood, or those who are interested in learning more about the Brotherhood.
